The Site, owned by Vehicleresult, LLC, a subsidiary of The Lifetime Value Co. LLC (“vehicle inspecter,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), provides users (“Visitors”) with access to publicly available databases of information about individuals. This Privacy Policy explains how Vehicleresult collects, uses, and shares your information when you interact with the Site. By accessing, browsing, downloading, or using the Site, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as outlined in this Privacy Policy, including any future changes or updates.
vehicle inspecter is a database that aggregates publicly available information for your convenience. Through vehicle inspecter, Visitors can access materials made available through the Site, compiled, distributed, and displayed by vehicle inspecter and third-party content providers (“Third-Party Providers”). These include, but are not limited to, third-party websites or services that offer information about vehicles (each, a “Searched Vehicle”) that can be searched and accessed through the Site (“vehicle inspecter Searches”).
vehicle inspecter collects three types of information: information you submit to us, information automatically collected about your usage of the Site, and information related to Searched Vehicles.
We collect information that you provide when using the Site, including, but not limited to, when you submit an online application to become a vehicle inspecter member (“Member”), which grants you access to various services available to Members through the Site (“Member Services”); when you conduct a Vehicleresult Search; or when you contact us with questions, comments, or requests. This information may include, but is not limited to, your: (a) email address; (b) full name; (c) company name; (d) date of birth; (e) password; (f) mailing address; (g) credit card information; and (h) details associated with a Searched Vehicle (such as a name, age, or address) used in your Vehicleresult Search.
Like most websites, we automatically gather certain information and store it in log files. This information may include your internet protocol (IP) address, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring and exit pages, operating system, date and time stamps, and clickstream data. We may combine this automatically collected log information with other data we collect about you to enhance the services we offer, improve marketing, analytics, and site functionality.
When you visit the Site, we or our third-party service providers may use a “Cookie”—a small text file saved to your hard drive—or similar technologies to automatically collect and store non-personally identifiable information about your usage, such as your IP address, browser type, the links and items you click on, ad impressions, and the web pages you visit. When you download and use the vehicle inspecter App, we may also collect your mobile device’s unique identification number. However, we will not collect precise geolocation information from you or your mobile device unless you explicitly consent to such collection.
We work with third-party ad networks, such as Google, to display advertising on our website or manage our advertising on other sites. Our ad network partners may use cookies and web beacons to collect non-personal information about your activities on our Site and other websites to provide you with targeted advertising based on your interests.
To facilitate vehicle inspecter Searches, we collect information about Searched Vehicles from our third-party data providers. This information helps us provide you with accurate and relevant results when you conduct searches on our Site.

This may involve linking your Member account information with data collected through Cookies to identify the areas of the Site most relevant to you, allowing us to tailor the Site and our communications to your interests.
When you submit a request to vehicle inspecter, we require an email address. We use this email address solely to (i) verify your request, (ii) communicate with you regarding any questions about your request, and (iii) if you choose, to create a vehicle inspecter account for ongoing access to your records. We will not sell your email address or use it for any other purpose without your prior consent.
We utilize data about Searched Vehicles to provide responses to vehicle inspecter Searches performed through the Site.

These changes will take effect immediately upon posting a link to the updated policy on our Site’s homepage or by directly notifying you. If we make significant changes, we will inform you here, at the email address associated with your Member account, or through a notice on our homepage before the changes become effective. Your continued use of or access to the Site or any Member Services after any updates or notifications signifies your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
If you receive marketing emails from vehicle inspecter or our third-party advertisers, you can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions provided at the end of each email. We may have separate email lists for different purposes, so you may need to unsubscribe from multiple lists. Even if you opt out of all our and our third-party advertisers’ lists, you might still receive marketing emails in the future if you subscribe to a different marketing program, but you can always unsubscribe from those as well by following the instructions in any email you receive.
Additionally, you can notify vehicle inspecter at any time that you do not want your information shared with third parties for marketing offers.
Please note that information sent on behalf of third-party advertisers is prepared several days in advance, so you may continue to receive emails from us or our third-party advertisers for up to ten (10) days after submitting your unsubscribe request as outlined above.
At no cost, you can request information annually regarding any disclosure of your Public or Personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes during the previous calendar year. You have the right to exercise these rights without facing discrimination.
